about
Something More is the new single from eight-piece "orchestral folk" group TULALAH, releasing 24 February 2017. The single, which comes from their upcoming LP: The Question, explores the idea of being truly content with letting go of something you care about.
TULALAH are an eight-piece “orchestral folk” group from Melbourne, Australia that pride themselves on their immersive compositions and arrangements. Their previous album ‘The Flood’, released October 2015 through Melbourne-based label, Equinox Recordings, was praised as “Deep, soulful, intricate, delicate and intelligent” (Gavin Boyd – Soul Has No Tempo). TULALAH’s follow up work builds upon the strengths of its predecessor, setting out to create a work that is both beautiful and all encompassing, while still encouraging the listener to be reflective.
lyrics
LYRICS:
Your lights won't glow.
I'll wait for something more.
Time to indulge.
I'll wait for something more.
Wait for something more.
Wait for something more.
It's not your fault.
It's not your fault.
I love you more than
Waiting for your return.
Minds lie, hearts die.
Now, what's left to adore?
It's not your fault.
What's left to adore?
What's worth fighting for?
I'll wait 'til the day I die for you.
You're more than what I've adored.
In the north
In the north
You cannot see
You're in the north.
In the north
You cannot feel
You're in the north.
In the north
You cannot see
You're in the north.
